Detox Smoothie

This smoothie's ingredients are all very nutritious, making it not only a delicious way to start the day but also better for your general health. As it is already known, starting the morning with such a smoothie will generally help your digestion, and it is an awesome vitamin boost. This detox smoothie would be awesome to drink on an empty stomach. It is quite simple to make and only requires a few minutes of preparation.


  • Water
    4 cups
  • Apple
    4 pcs.
  • Frozen strawberry
    4 cups
  • Pineapple
    4 cups
  • Avocado
    4 pcs.
  • Baby spinach
    4 cups
  • Fresh lemon juice
    4 tbsp.

  • Chop the apple without peeling its skin.

  • Lay out all the ingredients: water, sliced apples, frozen strawberries, pineapple, sliced avocado, baby spinach, and lemon juice. Put everything into the container and mix for around 1.5 minutes, so that the smoothie is thoroughly blended.

  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy it!


  • Add chia seeds as a decoration for the smoothie, or add them in while mixing the smoothie. Chia seeds have numerous health benefits, including improved digestion and a lower risk of diabetes and heart disease. For them to be more nutritious, soak them in water for around 10 hours before making the smoothie; this will allow all the properties of chia seeds to come out.
