The Greek yogurt smoothie is simple, but actually super tasty! Not only will you understand how to combine the monotonous taste of Greek yoghurt with fruits such as mango, strawberries, and banana, but you will also learn how to make it. It is a super-exotic drink with an amazing vitamin boost. Are you in search of a sweet and sour smoothie? Then this one is suitable for you.


  • Chopped strawberries

  • Frozen mango chunks

  • Banana (ripe)
    4 pcs.
  • Greek yoghurt
    2 cups
  • Almond milk
    4 cups
  • Fresh lemon juice
    4 tbsp.

  • Break the banana into small pieces and add the following ingredients in the blender: mango chunks, strawberries, almond milk, lemon juice, and, of course, the king of this smoothie, Greek yogurt! Mix everything well until the smoothie is super creamy.

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it! If desired, decorate the smoothie with berries, such as strawberries or blueberries; if you are not a fan, then add some mint leaves.


  • For a sweeter taste, add 2 teaspoons of honey and, if desired, sugar or stevia. It would be amazing to add other fruits, such as pineapple. Here you are your own boss, so improvise as much as you want!

  • For the smoothie, you can use lemon juice or other juices such as lime juice, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, and orange juice.
