The green smoothie is a great breakfast option because it not only contains a wide variety of healthy ingredients, but it is also super simple to make and only takes a few minutes to prepare. It is a great drink for the cold seasons since the vitamins in this smoothie help the immune system combat against the viruses.


  • Baby spinach
    8 cups
  • Milk

  • Frozen banana

  • One of the most important ingredients in this smoothie is the avocado, so knowing how to peel and cut it is significant. First, cut the avocado in half, take a knife and tap the pit with it to remove the seed, and scoop it out with the help of a large spoon. Now just slice it as you desire.

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender: spinach, milk, ice, banana, and avocado. Do not forget to break the banana into pieces. Mix everything thoroughly; check the texture, and make sure it's not too liquidy.

  • Pour everything into a desired glass and decorate it. As decoration, use thin banana slices or some mint leaves.


  • If the smoothie is too bitter, add a tablespoon of honey, so the taste gets sweeter.

  • Some might have lactose intolerance; therefore, a great alternative to milk might be almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk. You choose the desired one, depending on your preference.
