The combination of ingredients in this recipe is great, as it blends both fruits and vegetables for an even healthier dose of nutrients. It takes less than 10 minutes to make, and the taste is absolutely spectacular!


  • Coconut milk
    2 cups
  • Cold water
    2 cups
  • Banana (ripe)
    2 pcs.
  • Green kiwi
    4 pcs.
  • Honey
    4 tsp.

  • Slice the kiwi, so it would be easy to mix it in a blender.

  • After cutting the kiwi, add it to a blender with the following ingredients: coconut milk, water, banana, and a little honey. Mix it well until the beverage has a runny texture. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!


  • For a more exotic taste, add a few chunks of pineapple. This will make the smoothie sweeter.

  • Of course, you can improvise when it comes to the ingredients! A great idea would be to add some nuts to the drink to add that specific crunch. However, it is super important to blend them together with the ingredients. Some good options might be almonds or hazelnuts. Even decorating the smoothie with them is an awesome idea!
