The Matcha smoothie is super easy to prepare. The preparation time for this smoothie is less than 10 minutes. It is well known that matcha has a great number of healthy properties, such as enhancing brain function and reducing levels of stress.


  • Frozen Pineapple
    27 oz.
  • Banana (ripe)
    3 pcs.
  • Matcha powder
    3 tbsp.
  • Greek yoghurt
    0,8 cups
  • Coconut milk
    1,5 cups
  • Ice cubes
    12 cubes

  • Take all the ingredients listed—matcha powder, banana, frozen pineapple, and coconut milk—and put them in a blender. Mix everything until the consistency is nice and creamy. If necessary, add more coconut milk; therefore, the drink becomes more liquid.

  • After everything is nicely blended, pour the smoothie into a glass and decorate it to your liking. An idea would be to sprinkle some matcha powder on top of the smoothie; it will look impressive.


  • For the matcha smoothie, the decoration can be some mint leaves or some strawberry slices. It all depends on your preferences.
