  • One of the most important things in this recipe is to cut the ingredients properly. Take an apple and cut it into small slices, then peel the banana and cut it into thin slices. The next step is to chop the spinach leaves. These steps will make the mixing process easier, and the smoothie will not have any chunks.

  • Put all the listed ingredients in the blender: sliced banana, apple and spinach leaves, water, lemon juice and honey. Mix everything really well until the texture gets creamy.
