Sesame-chocolate toast with sea salt

What could be better than warm and freshly toasted bread with a dollop of melting chocolate on top? We've added a sprinkle of sea salt and sesame seeds to boost this sweet combination


  • Small baguette, thinly sliced
    8 slices
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
    4 tsp.
  • Tahini
    1 tsp.
  • 70% dark chocolate, snapped into chunks
    1 pcs.
  • Sea salt
    2 tsp.
  • Sesame seeds
    2 tsp.

  • Heat the oven to 350 F. Space the baguette slices out on baking sheets.

  • Mix the olive oil with the tahini and brush over both sides of the bread. Bake for 3-5 minutes until crisp and golden, then flip and finish the other side for a couple of minutes.


  • Sit squares of chocolate on the toasts and put back into the oven for a minute to melt. Sprinkle with sea salt, a few sesame seeds and a splash more olive oil to serve.
