Remove the crusts from the toast. Place toast in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil. Fry until golden crust appears. Place the hot toast on a towel to remove any excess oil.
Cut the shrimp and dill into small pieces. Mix with mustard and mayonnaise to make a sauce. Save a few shrimp and dill for garnishing.
Spread the mixture on the toast. Decorate Swedish toast with shrimp, caviar and dill. Add lemon slices for a nice sourness to the toast.
