Preheat the oven. Place the toast on the rack in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 260 F
Blend the milk and sweet corn in a blender. Add the egg, brown butter, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Continue to whisk.
Place the toast in the sauce and leave for five minutes. The toast should soak well in the sauce.
Heat a frying pan. Put butter and olive oil in it. Fry each toast for 2-3 minutes. The toast should turn golden.
To serve the dessert, sprinkle the toast with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Garnish the toast with the blueberries.
