Melt butter, chocolate and powdered sugar in a water bath. As soon as it melts, remove the bowl from the heat and add the Baileys. Sift the flour and mix quickly with an electric whisk. Add the eggs and beat for 2 minutes until the mixture is thick and shiny.
Preheat the oven to 320 F and grease the tin in which you will bake brownies.
Pour a mixture into a tin, line the top and bake for 30 minutes until a matte crust forms on top. Leave it to cool.
Now let's make a fudge layer: melt the chocolate, condensed milk, baileys and butter together in a frying pan, stirring frequently. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, remove from the heat and beat with an electric whisk for 1-2 minutes. Pour the fudge over the brownies and gently flatten with a spoon. Refrigerate until solidified, then cut into portions. You can serve it to the table!
