Brownie is a typical dessert in United States cuisine and is known by this name because of its dark brown color. You can also add nuts. This variation includes milk, which will add a delicious brownie flavor. Serve dessert with tea or coffee.

    1 tbsp.
  • Dark chocolate
    1 tbsp.
  • Butter
    2 tbsp.
  • Sugar
    1,5 tbsp.

Method

  • Break the chocolate into pieces and melt together with butter in a water bath. Stir the melted thick mass until smooth and leave to cool. 

  • Take eggs and mix with sugar. You can use a mixer. 

  • Then pour in the egg mixture and mix thoroughly with the chocolate mass until smooth. 

  •  Preheat oven to 392 F, line with the parchment on a baking sheet and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crusty. During baking, you can check with a toothpick if it’s done. Just poke the brownie in the middle and see if it is dry. Finally, remove from oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes. 

Tips

  • You can serve the dish with powdered sugar or with vanilla ice cream balls.
