First you need to melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, add sugar and butter to the pan together with the chocolate. When the chocolate has melted, remove it from the heat.
Add eggs to the chocolate mixture and whisking well, then add the sourdough starter and a pinch of sea salt flakes, stir to combine.
Sift the cocoa and flour, then mix everything together. Pour into the prepared tin, then sprinkle with the remaining of chocolate and sea salt flakes, if you want.
Heat the oven to 350 F, put a tin into it and bake for 20-25 minutes until you see the top is cracked. When the brownie is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool, after that it can be cut into squares.
