This is a really easy yet exceptional Christmas white chocolate cake. There are many recipes for chocolate cake, but this particular recipe is a favorite among many people.


  • Butter
    1,7 oz.
  • Milk chocolate
    1,7 oz.
  • Brittle (almond or hazelnuts)
    3,5 oz.
  • Chocolate muesli
    7,9 oz.
  • Double cream
    10,6 oz.
  • White chocolate
    12,3 oz.
  • Cottage cheese
    8,8 oz.
  • Vanilla
    1 pod

  • Slowly melt the milk chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally. Put the muesli in a freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin. Stir the brittle and muesli into the melted chocolate butter. Pour this mixture into a cake pan (7.90 Inch diameter) lined with baking paper and press down firmly.

  • Bring the double cream with the pulp of the vanilla pod and vanilla pod to a boil in a saucepan, then add the white chocolate and melt it. Once the chocolate has melted, remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool, stirring occasionally. When the mixture is lukewarm, remove the vanilla pod and add the cottage cheese. Mix well. Then add to the cake pan and refrigerate for about 4 hours. 


  • You can decorate the cake however you want, for example with white frosting, pearlescent white chocolate balls and almond petals.
