Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the baking dish. Lubricate its walls with oil.
First, separate the eggs. Add sugar to the egg yolks and mix until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder. Pour the dry mixture into the egg yolk mixture, mix it well. Beat egg whites until stiff and combine them with the yolks, mix slowly with a spatula.
Distribute the dough in the heart-shaped form and send it to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Let's do strawberry puree. Wash the berries, chop and puree them, this can be done through a sieve or in a blender. In a separate container, leave 3 tablespoons of strawberry puree. Mix most of the strawberry puree with cottage cheese and yogurt. Add sugar and stir until smooth.
Dissolve the gelatin in the heated liqueur and add to the cream. Put one part of the heart cake back into the mold, and pour strawberry puree on top, then put a second layer of sponge cake.
Place the cake in the fridge for 3 hours. Then remove the heart-shaped cake from the mold.
Let's decorate our cake. Mix powdered sugar with cream. Leave 1/4 of the glaze. Put the rest on the cake so that it is completely covered. Mix 3 tablespoons of strawberry puree with the rest of the glaze and put it in a pastry bag. Cover the cake the way you like, you can draw or write something. Let the glaze dry. Your cake is ready. Please your loved one on this special day!
To check if the biscuit is ready, you can use a toothpick. Pierce the cake, if the toothpick is dry – the cake is well baked, and it's time to get it.
The dishes should be absolutely dry and clean. You can degrease the walls of the bowl in which the whites are whipped with vinegar. Add a pinch of salt to the protein mass.
