Oreo Baileys fridge cake

A cake you don't have to think about much, you have to eat it sooner! Easy to make and doesn't require many ingredients. Try Oreo cake without baking.


  • Oreo chocolate creme thins
    16 mini boxes
  • Baileys Irish cream liqueur
    4,8 fl.oz
  • Vegetable or sunflower oil
    to oil the tin
  • Double cream, chilled
    33,6 fl.oz
  • Vanilla extract
    2 tsp.
  • Icing sugar
    2 tbsp.

  • Combine cream, with vanilla, Baileys and sugar. Beat until soft peaks.

  • Line the mold with baking paper and start laying the cookies on the bottom layer, then the cream and then the cookies again. Do this until the oreos are done.

  • When the cake is assembled, leave it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, take the cake out of the mold, decorate it with cookies, if you have any left, and you can cut it into slices.
