Easy cheesecake

The first mention about cheesecake is found in the book of Ancient Greece. The dish was made of cheese, flour and honey. Nowadays it is cooked of cream cheese, processed cheese slices and others.
Serve chilled, with any filling to your taste.


  • Cream cheese

  • Sugar
    1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract
    to taste

  • Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat on medium speed using mixer, fork or whisk. Then add sugar, vanilla and cheese. Stir well. The mixture should be fluffy.

  • Put the crackers into a food processor or blender, grind them into crumbs. Then add butter (¼ tbsp per serving) and mix well. Transfer the crumbs into cake baking pan. Press with a bottle or cup. Finally pour the cheese mixture over the crumbs, evenly spread it.

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F. Put the cake into the oven and cook for about 40 minutes. Cool it, refrigerate for about 3 hours. Top with syrup or garnish with fruits. Cut into slices before serving.
