Soak the oat flakes in water overnight.
Pour hot water over dried fruits. Stand for 10 minutes. Then grind in a blender. Combine these fruits and oat flakes in a bowl. Break the eggs into it, mix well. Finally transfer this mixture to the baking dish (it’s better glass one), evenly spreading.
Rinse bananas. Puree one part of bananas in a blender, the rest – mash with a fork.
Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Beat the egg whites in mixer on a low speed for 1 minute.
Combine the following ingredients: cottage cheese, bananas and egg whites. Put the mixture over the “dough”.
Transfer the baking dish with cheesecake to the baking sheet. Pour water into a baking sheet until the middle of cheesecake. Bake at 356 F for about 40 minutes. Chill down before serving.
How to separate egg yolks from egg whites? First wash the hands and eggs. Put the eggs to the fridge, so it will be easier to separate the yolks from the whites. Take 3 small bowls. Break the egg into the first bowl, trying not to break the yolk. Then drop it into your palm and take the other bowl. Make the whites drip through your fingers into the second bowl. Then add the separated yolks to the third bowl.
If you want to whip whites, use fresh and chilled eggs. Use ONLY a dry and clean (without any fat) bowl for whipping. Choose the bowl made of steel or glass.
Bon Appetit!
