Chocolate-covered strawberries are a very easy-to-prepare dessert. We are sure that you will like this recipe. Fresh strawberries add sourness to the taste, creating a balance of sweetness. You need only 3 ingredients! Dessert is perfect for holidays, especially on Valentine's Day.


  • Dark semi-sweet chocolate

  • Choose only the ripest berries. Strawberries need to be washed. Wash carefully. Let the strawberries dry completely on a paper towel. Do not tear off the tails. 

  • You can take any chocolate you like. We took medium-sweet dark chocolate. Break the chocolate into small pieces in a glass bowl. Put the chocolate in a water bath to melt. Stir constantly with a spoon. Add milk. 

  • Gently take the berry by the petiole and dip it from all sides into the melted mass. It is better to pick strawberries on a skewer. It is necessary to wait for the excess chocolate to drain from the berry. Place the glazed strawberries on a baking sheet, at a distance from each other. 

  • Berries can be decorated with sprinkles before the chocolate cools down. Enjoy a delicious dessert! 


  • Don't forget to dry the strawberries completely after you wash them. Because of the water, the chocolate won't be able to dry well.

  • Chocolate-covered strawberries are stored in the fridge. Expiration date - up to 3 days.
