Mix by hand 2.81 ounces of butter, 1.76 ounces of flour and 3.5 ounces of brown sugar until you get a crumbly consistency.
Wash the apples. Cut them into small cubes and squeeze the juice from a lemon over them. Add 1.76 ounces of sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and combine them very well.
In ceramic baking containers, add the apples to the base and the dough mixture on top. Bake at 356°F for 25 minutes.
For the caramel sauce, in a pan add the white sugar, butter and the cooking sour cream. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes over high heat. When ready, let it cool.
Add the caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream over the crumble.
