A special dessert for persimmon lovers. Perfect for the cold season. The persimmon gives the dessert an excellent taste, not excessively sweet. It is a more complex recipe, which you can make with the family together.


  • Butter
    2 oz.
  • Flour
    4 oz.
  • Baking powder
    2 tsp.
  • Salt
    1 tsp.
  • Sugar
    5 oz.
  • Milk
    5 fl.oz.
  • Egg
    4 pcs.
  • Orange zest
    1 oz.
  • Persimmon
    4 pcs.
  • Cinnamon
    0,6 tsp.
  • Vanilla essence
    1 tsp.

  • To start off this easy recipecut the persimmon fruit into slices.

  • Next, put the butter in a round pan and take it in the preheated oven to 180 °F for 4-5 minutes.

  • In a clear bowl, break the egg, add the sugar, vanilla essence and mix with the whisk. Add the baking powder, flour, salt, cinnamon and grate the orange peel. Gradually pour milk while mixing. Mix everything very well.

  • Remove the tray from the oven, pour the dough into it and put the fruit on top. Put the tray in the oven at 180 °F for 45 minutes.


  • Serve with chocolate or vanilla ice cream and a cup of tea/coffee.

  • Use softer persimmons to get a better taste.

  • You can replace the orange zest with lemon one.
