To start off this easy recipe, cut the persimmon fruit into slices.
Next, put the butter in a round pan and take it in the preheated oven to 180 °F for 4-5 minutes.
In a clear bowl, break the egg, add the sugar, vanilla essence and mix with the whisk. Add the baking powder, flour, salt, cinnamon and grate the orange peel. Gradually pour milk while mixing. Mix everything very well.
Remove the tray from the oven, pour the dough into it and put the fruit on top. Put the tray in the oven at 180 °F for 45 minutes.
Serve with chocolate or vanilla ice cream and a cup of tea/coffee.
Use softer persimmons to get a better taste.
You can replace the orange zest with lemon one.
