Cut the quinces into small pieces. Add the frozen or fresh blueberries, brown sugar with cinnamon and mix.
In a clean bowl, mix the flour, sugar, one egg, baking powder, vanilla essence and cold milk.
In a ceramic tray, add the melted butter and pour the liquid mixture. At the end, distribute the fruit composition evenly.
Place the result in the oven for 25 minutes at 365° F to bake. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Serve with ginger tea.
