  • Brown sugar
    8 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon
    4 tsp.
  • Flour
    49,4 oz.
  • White sugar

  • Egg

  • Vanilla essence

  • Cold milk

  • Cut the quinces into small pieces. Add the frozen or fresh blueberries, brown sugar with cinnamon and mix.

  • In a clean bowl, mix the flour, sugar, one egg, baking powder, vanilla essence and cold milk.

  • In a ceramic tray, add the melted butter and pour the liquid mixture. At the end, distribute the fruit composition evenly.

  • Place the result in the oven for 25 minutes at 365° F to bake. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.


  • Serve with ginger tea.
