A delicious recipe of sweet peaches fried together with the well-known taste of cobbler dough. It is a more complex recipe, but the result is truly special. The ingredients used give a sweet fruity taste to the recipe.

  • Canned peaches without juice
    2 cans
  • Brown sugar
    1 cup
  • White sugar
    1 cup
  • Salted butter
    4 cubes
  • Salt
    a pinch
  • Cinnamon
    1 tbsp.
  • Refrigerated crescent dough
    1 box
  • Vegetable oil
    1 cup
  • Powdered sugar
    a bit for decoration
  • Ice cream
    for serving

Method

  • The first step is butter. Put the butter in a pan and let it melt, mix it until it is brown and foamy. Add the peaches to the butter mixture and fry them for 10 minutes. When the time is up, add a cup of brown sugar, a cup of regular sugar, cinnamon, salt and leave for another 8-10 minutes.

  • Cut round pieces from the dough using the mouth of a round glass, heat the oil in a deep pan and add the round dough pieces to fry for 3 minutes each of them.

  • In a ceramic tray, add the peach sauce. Add the dough pieces on top of the sauce, then the sliced peaches. Add your favorite ice cream on top.

Tips

  • Cook peach filling over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
