The presented fruit cobbler recipe is simple and easy to prepare. It does not require many ingredients, but the result is phenomenal. The combination of fresh fruits gives a special aroma. It is a recipe that will remain well imprinted in your soul.


  • Fresh blueberries

  • Vanilla essence

  • First step is to make a delicious mix of fresh fruit. To start off, combine in a bowl together the blueberries, brown sugar and cinnamon.

  • Next, in a clean recipient, add the cup of flour and the cup of sugar. Grate the zest of a fresh lemon over it and add the teaspoon of vanilla essence together with the baking powder. Add the cup of milk and incorporate with a hand mixer well until you remove all the lumps.

  • Spray a ceramic tray with oil. Add the melted butter inside. Pour in the final dough. Finally, add the blueberry mix on top of the dough. Place it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 356° F.


  • Serve with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt or your favorite ice cream.

  • You can also use fresh strawberries or raspberries.
