    10,4 oz.
  • Plums
    6,8 oz.
  • Sugar
    2 tbsp.
  • Flour
    4 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon
    1 tsp.
  • Vanilla essence
    4 tsp.
  • Chopped almonds
    3,2 oz.
  • Cold butter
    3,2 oz.
  • Brown sugar
    1,6 oz.
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp.
  • Salt
    a pinch

Method

  • In a larger bowl, add the flour, chopped almonds, cold butter, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix everything together by hand until the butter is well mixed. Put in the fridge while you take care of the fruit layer.

  • Cut the fruits into slices and place them in a clean bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cinnamon and vanilla essence over the sliced fruits.

  • In ceramic molds, put the fruit mixture and pour the dough over them, enough so that the cherry base is covered.

  • Place the molds in the oven preheated for 356° F for 25 minutes.

Recommendation

  • Serve with ice cream if desired. Sweet whipped cream also combines very well.
