Cut 52.9 ounces of strawberries and place them in a bowl, grate the peel of a lime and squeeze the juice over them. Add 2 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of starch flour. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, add 3.5 ounces of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, whipped milk, melted butter and vanilla essence. Mix with a whisk.
In ceramic molds put the strawberries and, with a help of a spoon, put on top of the fruits the previously prepared mixture.
Sprinkle a bit of brown sugar and put the tray in the oven at 180° F for 30-35 minutes.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and with a refreshing lemonade.
You can also use blueberries for this recipe in case you don't prefer strawberries.
To check if the tart is ready, insert a fork into it, if it comes out clean, the tart is ready, if there are leftover dough, it means that it needs to be baked a little more.
