For the delicious topping, in a big bowl, combine the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, cubed butter and a lemon zest. Blend the dough using your fingers until you incorporate all the ingredients well. A crumbly texture should be formed.
Next step, mix all the fruits (plums, blueberries, blackberries), cake flour, sugar and cinnamon. Combine them well in a separate bowl.
In a ceramic tray greased with butter, add the fruit mixture and put the crumbly topping on top.
Pass the tray in the oven preheated to 356° F for 35-40 minutes. You can check with a fork if it is ready. If it is raw, there will be some dough left on it, if it is cooked, the fork will come out clean.
Serve hot with your favorite flavor of ice cream. Goes well with mint or chamomile tea.
Instead of lemon zest we can use orange, lime or grapefruit zest.
