The crumbly dough and the taste of apples is a delicious combination that you must try. A delightful recipe for for those days when you are craving something sweet.

    1,8 oz.
  • Lemon

  • Cinnamon

  • Starch
    1 tsp.
  • Vanilla sugar

  • White sugar
    7 oz.

  • Peel the apples after washing them well and place them in a large bowl. Cut in two, remove the seeds from the middle and slice it. Grate the zest of a lemon over the apples, squeeze the juice, add the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and starch. Mix everything very well.

  • Grease a tall ceramic pan with butter. Add the apple mixture, walnuts and cranberries for a special taste.

  • For the crumble layer, add flour, oatmeal, vanilla essence and white sugar to a bowl. Incorporate the ingredients well with a spatula. Add the cold butter and mix by hand until a sandy and slightly moist consistency is formed.

  • Add the mixture over the fruit in the tray. Put in the oven preheated to 180°F for 50 minutes.


  • Serve the recipe for breakfast with a generous cup of mint tea. Optionally, add jam, caramel or chocolate sauce.
