  • Macadamia nuts

  • Raw almonds
    21 cups
  • Coconut oil
    2 tbsp.
  • Rice malt syrup
    2 tbsp.
  • Dates (pitted)
    4 pcs.
  • Ground cinnamon
    2 tsp.
  • Ground ginger
    2,8 tsp.
  • Ground cardamon
    1 tsp.
  • Oats
    1 cups

Method

  • Soak dates in hot water in advance for 30 minutes.

  • Using a blender or food processor, whisk together the almond oil, coconut oil, rice malt syrup, soaked dates, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and oats until smooth.

  • Further, throw in the almonds and macadamias and blend further.

  • Now, with your hands, roll them into balls, and then flatten them slightly to make a cookie shape. Place them in the freezer for half an hour and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight.
