Soak dates in hot water in advance for 30 minutes.
Using a blender or food processor, whisk together the almond oil, coconut oil, rice malt syrup, soaked dates, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and oats until smooth.
Further, throw in the almonds and macadamias and blend further.
Now, with your hands, roll them into balls, and then flatten them slightly to make a cookie shape. Place them in the freezer for half an hour and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight.
