Puree the bananas with a fork or blender, then add the oat flakes and the rest of the ingredients, mix until smooth and leave for 10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the moisture.
Preheat the oven to 350 F, prepare a baking tray: line it with baking paper and grease it with butter.
Use a spoon to place the dough on the baking tray, forming balls and pressing them slightly on top. Do not place the future cookies too close together.
