Extra easy to cook! To make this tasty cookies, all you need is to mix all ingredients and bake it.

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
    2 cups
  • Ripe bananas, peeled
    2 pcs.
  • Caster sugar
    4 tbsp.
  • Coconut oil or butter, melted
    tbsp.
  • Chocolate chips
    2 tbsp.
  • Plain flour
    to dust hands

Method

  • Puree the bananas with a fork or blender, then add the oat flakes and the rest of the ingredients, mix until smooth and leave for 10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the moisture. 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F, prepare a baking tray: line it with baking paper and grease it with butter.

  • Use a spoon to place the dough on the baking tray, forming balls and pressing them slightly on top. Do not place the future cookies too close together.

  • Bake for 12–15 mins until golden brown. Our cookies are ready!
