Method

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars and butter until a paste forms with no lumps.

  • Add eggs and vanilla. Mix everything again. 

  • Pour flour with baking powder to this mixture and begin to knead flour. 

  • Add ready-made chocolate chips to this mass. 

  • Mix everything to obtain a chocolate mass.

  • Form small balls and spread on a baking sheet, having previously covered with parchment. Preheat the oven to 350 °F and bake for 15-20 minutes. The finished biscuits should have a pleasant golden hue. Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
