  • Butter

  • Chicken egg
    3 pcs.
  • Peanut paste
    12 tbsp.
  • Baking powder

  • Sugar
    9 tbsp.
  • Brown sugar

  • Salt and vanilla extract
    to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until smooth. 

  • While whisking, add eggs one at a time, then peanut butter and vanilla. Combine with flour and stir. 

  • Form small balls, measuring out the required amount of dough with a tablespoon, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use a fork to make a grid pattern on the top of the cookie. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Can be served on the table. Enjoy!

Tips

  • You can add not only peanut butter to the dough, but also the peanuts themselves for a richer flavor.
