Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until smooth.
While whisking, add eggs one at a time, then peanut butter and vanilla. Combine with flour and stir.
Form small balls, measuring out the required amount of dough with a tablespoon, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use a fork to make a grid pattern on the top of the cookie. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Can be served on the table. Enjoy!
You can add not only peanut butter to the dough, but also the peanuts themselves for a richer flavor.
