Preheat oven to 350F. Lay parchment paper on a baking tray.
Put vanilla extract, agave syrup and almond butter in a bowl. Beat with a mixer. Then add the almond flour, gluten-free flour, protein, salt, matcha and baking powder. Take a spatula and mix all the ingredients well.
Grate white chocolate or take chocolate shavings, add to the dough. Divide the dough into pieces and shape into cookies. Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 350°F. Cool before serving. Bon appétit!
