This is a very quick and easy recipe for matcha protein cookies. You only need a few ingredients and only 20 minutes of time. Try it!

  • Agave syrup
    cup
  • Vanilla extract
    1 tsp.
  • Almond flour
    cup
  • Gluten-free flour
    cup
  • Whey protein
    2 scoops
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp.
  • Matcha powder
    3 tbsp.
  • White chocolate chips
    cup
  • Salt
    tsp.

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Lay parchment paper on a baking tray.

  • Put vanilla extract, agave syrup and almond butter in a bowl. Beat with a mixer. Then add the almond flour, gluten-free flour, protein, salt, matcha and baking powder. Take a spatula and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Grate white chocolate or take chocolate shavings, add to the dough. Divide the dough into pieces and shape into cookies. Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 350°F. Cool before serving. Bon appétit!
