  • Preheat oven to 350°. Beat softened butter with the white sugar and brown butter until smooth and creamy.

  • Then add milk and egg. Beat with a blender until smooth.

  • Gently mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until evenly blended.

  • Place a heaped tablespoon of dough, a short distance apart, on a baking sheet lined with parchment, flattening the tops of the cookie dough to about 1/4 inch thick.

  • Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are light brown and crispy on the edges. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. 


  • How to properly melt butter in a water bath? 
    You will need two dishes of different sizes. Pour water into a large container and put it on fire. Place a smaller container on top so that it is about half submerged in water. Put chopped butter in it. Under the influence of boiling water, it begins to melt. Stir it lightly to speed up the process. Once the butter pieces are completely dissolving, remove from heat.
