  • Preheat oven to 356 F. Finely chop the nuts and raisins. Finely grate the ginger.

  • In a small container, heat the lemon juice, its zest, honey, cinnamon and grated ginger.

  • Pour oatmeal, raisins, nuts, sesame seeds into a container, add vegetable oil, flour and heated liquid from honey, lemon juice and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.

  • Shape the cookies with your hands or with a tablespoon. Place on a baking sheet, having previously covered it with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes. And voila! Our cookies are ready!


    • It is better to choose finely ground oatmeal. For example, the one that "extra" - cook for three minutes, no more.
