Perfect snack for every meal. Easy to cook, yummy to eat. Healthy porridge oat cookies you should try to bake.

  • Salted butter, softened

  • Soft light brown sugar
    4 tbsp.
  • Caster sugar
    4 tbsp.
  • Eggs
    2 pcs.
  • Plain flour
    1,5 cups.
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp.
  • Ground cinnamon
    to taste
  • Raisins
    cups.
  • Porridge, cooked and cooled
    1 cups

Method

  • First, start whipping the butter and sugar until fluffy, then whisk the eggs and add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins, and then oatmeal. Bring it to the dough condition.

  • Preheat oven to 390 F.

  • Form small balls and press them a little on top. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with butter. Bake for 15 minutes.

  • Stored for three days in an airtight container or frozen for up to three months.
