Method

  • First, start whipping the butter and sugar until fluffy, then whisk the eggs and add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins, and then oatmeal. Bring it to the dough condition.

  • Preheat oven to 390 F.

  • Form small balls and press them a little on top. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with butter. Bake for 15 minutes.
