Prepare all the ingredients that you will use during cooking. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator first. Their temperature should not exceed room temperature. Otherwise, pancakes will not turn out tender and fluffy.
Mix dry ingredients such as flour, bicarbonate, salt and spices to your taste in a bowl.
