  • Prepare all the ingredients that you will use during cooking. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator first. Their temperature should not exceed room temperature. Otherwise, pancakes will not turn out tender and fluffy.

  • Mix dry ingredients such as flour, bicarbonate, salt and spices to your taste in a bowl.

  • Take another container and mix the remaining ingredients. These are eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, yogurt, orange peel. At the end, add grated carrots and raisins. Beat the mass to a homogeneous consistency with a kitchen appliance convenient for you: a whisk, a fork, a blender.

  • Then combine the resulting two mixtures together and mix until smooth. Fine. The main part of the dish is ready.

  • Turn on and preheat the oven to 200 C.

  • Take your cupcake pans and pour the mixture into them. Bake cupcakes until done. This takes approximately 25 min. When it's time, take out your dessert and let it cool to room temperature.

  • Let's make the glaze. It's very easy. Take a container. Put butter and soft cheese in there. Beat well these two components in a way convenient for you to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Gradually add powdered sugar to the resulting mass, and then add salt and vanilla. Mix well again. Sugar should be completely dissolved. You should get an air mass.

  • Here is the finish line. Decorate your dessert with delicious glaze. You can sprinkle your delicacy with orange zest on top. This will add sophistication to your dish. Your guests will definitely ask for this recipe from you. Happy tea. Enjoy!

  • Choose good quality flour.

  • Use soft butter when cooking.

  • If you are using non-silicone baking pans, it is recommended to grease them with butter to prevent the cupcakes from sticking to the pans.

Bon Appetit!
