Method

  • Sift all dry ingredients into flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. 

  • Break an egg into a separate bowl, pour milk and vegetable oil into it. We knead everything into a uniform consistency. We add all dry ingredients to it. Knead everything again until smooth. 

  • Put everything in a mug and put it in the microwave to cook for about 2 minutes. If desired, you can decorate with any fruit or mint leaf.
