Method

  •  Sift all dry ingredients into flour, soda, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. 

  • Now everything is wet: oil, water, vinegar. 

  •  Pour half of the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir thoroughly. After the mass has become homogeneous, gradually add the remaining water and oil. Stir well. 

  • Pour the mixture into greased molds and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 F. If desired, you can decorate with any fruit or mint leaf.
