Melt the chocolate using a water bath. When the chocolate is melted, pour in the vegetable oil and stir.
Put the silicone mold for making bars in the freezer for 3 minutes.
Then put the full-fat cottage cheese in a deep bowl. Add the softened butter, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar to the cottage cheese. Mix all the ingredients well in the bowl and grind with a blender until smooth.
Grease each cell in the silicone mold with chocolate and put it in the freezer for 5 minutes. Then apply a second layer of chocolate to each cell of the mold and place it back in the freezer for 3 minutes. Fill a pastry bag with the cottage cheese mixture. Squeeze the required amount of cottage cheese into each cell of the mold. Evenly level the mixture in each cell and top with the remaining chocolate. Put the mold in the freezer for an hour.
Don't skip the freezing steps in the recipe. Freezing the chocolate and the finished cheese bars helps them hold their shape and prevents them from falling apart.
If you don't have a silicone mold, you can use a regular loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Just make sure to grease the parchment paper well to prevent the cheese bars from sticking.
