Method

  • Grind a half or a third of the biscuits into a fine powder using a blender. Break the rest of the biscuits into small pieces and set aside. Next, coarsely chop some walnuts and mix them with the ground biscuits.

  • In a separate saucepan, mix together cocoa powder, sugar, and milk or cream. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes. Add the diced butter and mix well. Gradually add the biscuit pieces with nuts to the chocolate mixture until you get a thick and sticky chocolate dough.

  • Spread out some food wrap or parchment paper on a table, then spoon a portion of the chocolate dough onto it. Use your hands to smooth and form the dough into a sausage shape, then wrap it tightly in the parchment paper. Repeat the process with the remaining dough to create a second chocolate sausage. Place the sausages in the refrigerator or freezer overnight to set. When you're ready to enjoy your Chocolate Biscuit Sausages, simply slice them into thin rounds and serve.

Suggestion

  • You can add the melted chocolate or condensed milk. Accordingly, you need to increase the amount of biscuits, if you want to get a thick and sticky dough.

Bon Appetit!
