Peel the washed bananas and break them into small pieces. Put the bananas and boiled condensed milk in a bowl. Blend with a submersible blender until a homogeneous mixture is reached. It should not have pieces of banana.
Pour the cold cream into a bowl and add the banana mixture. If desired, you can add the sugar powder. Beat with a mixer until a lush, homogeneous mass is obtained. You can beat the cream separately and then gently mix it with a spatula into the banana mixture.
Pour the resulting mixture into a mold and put it in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Pour the frozen ice cream with boiled condensed milk and garnish with a bit of mint.
It's important to use high-quality condensed milk that does not contain any vegetable fats or artificial additives. The best condensed milk will only have milk and sugar listed as ingredients.
Bon Appetit!
