  • Peel the apples' skin and place them on a cutting board. Cut them in half and slice the apples into medium-sized cubes. By doing that, the mousse will have a smoother texture.

  • In a medium saucepan, mix together the cut apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for around 10 minutes or until the apples are tender.

  • Transfer the cooked apples to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Allow the blended mixture to cool after mixing.

  • Gently fold the heavy cream into the apple mixture until they are fully blended together. Make sure to incorporate the heavy cream thoroughly for a smooth, creamy texture.
