Banana mousse is a light, fluffy, and creamy dessert that is made by blending ripe bananas with whipped cream and other ingredients like sugar and vanilla extract. Method

  • The first step is to slice one ripe banana. By doing so, the mousse will have a smooth texture. 

  • Put the milk, sugar, vanilla and banana in a blender. Blend for 15 seconds at a high speed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  • Place the mixture into a separate container and gently blend in the plain yogurt. Combine the ingredients thoroughly, place the mixture in a refrigerator, and chill for around 4 hours.

  • Divide the mousse evenly among 4 dessert bowls and top each one with 2 banana slices just before serving. Enjoy the dessert and become obsessed with it after just one.

Tips

  • Use several fruit combinations in this dish, such as apples, mangos, strawberries, and blueberries. However, avoid using melon or citrus fruits.

  • You can serve this banana mousse plain. Additionally, you can garnish it with whipped cream, grated chocolate, caramelized banana segments, or cocoa powder.
