  • Chicken eggs

  • Cheese

  • Mayonnaise

Method

  • Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and beat off almost to the state of minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise. 

  • Finely chop the onion and stir with olive oil, then add fillet. 

  • Cut the puff pastry into two equal parts and roll out. Separate the egg from the yolk and add the whites to the filling, stirring thoroughly. 

  • Put the first plate of dough on a baking sheet, spread the filling, add the grated cheese and cover with the second layer. Pinch all the ends and brush the top of the pie with yolk. Preheat in the oven at 356 F for 25-30 minutes. Pierce the pie with a fork before sending it into the oven so that the puff pastry does not swell. Bon Appetit!
