Toast with avocado and beans

An ideal breakfast that will give you the right mood for the day, and most importantly it will charge you with energy. Avocado gives a delicate flavor to the dish, and beans give piquancy.


  • Broad beans
    12 tbsp.
  • Garlic
    1 cloves
  • Pecorino
    6 tbsp.
  • Lemon, tested and juiced
  • Extra-virgo olive oil
    6 tbsp.
  • Sourdough
    6 slice
  • Chilli flakes
    6 pinch

  • Cut the bread into pieces and send it to the toaster or toast it in a dry skillet. 

  • Mash the avocado with a fork to a puree consistency. 

  • Add rocket, garlic, pecorino, lemon zest and juice with the olive oil and some spices. 

  • Put the resulting mass on the toast in the first layer. Next, lay out the beans, sprinkle with chili flakes and drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy every bite. Start your day right. Enjoy your meal!
