Peel onions, garlic. Rinse and finely cut.
Rinse peppers. Cut lengthwise with a sharp knife, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Slice the hot Chili pepper in the same way (See the tips below).
Rinse tomatoes, cut into cubes. Slice the cheese in the same way.
Rinse parsley, finely cut.
Heat the frying pan, pour in olive oil. Brown onions and garlic for a minute. Then add peppers, stirring occasionally. Cook for a few minutes. Next, add chopped tomatoes. Season with spices. Simmer until tender.
As soon as the vegetables get tender, add cubed cheese. Crag eggs into the pan. To do this, make a few holes in the vegetable mixture and drop the eggs into them. Transfer the pan into the oven. Cook for about 10 minutes at 356 F. Sprinkle with parsley.
Wear gloves and peel the chili pepper, so you do not burn your skin. First wash chili, then cut lengthwise with a sharp knife. Remove the seeds with a blade of knife. Then wash your knife and cutting board thoroughly. Do not touch your face and eyes while cutting.
Use a cast iron pan to cook Shakshuka in the oven.
