Turn on the stove and place the pan. Add amaranth and plant-based milk (or water) to a saucepan and stir. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes after simmering.
When it's time is up, let it cool naturally for 10 minutes, then slide the lid off the pot slightly. When the steam has completely escaped, carefully remove the lid. Add cinnamon and sliced apples.
