Using a blender, combine the vegetable milk, cocoa, salt, vanilla and maple syrup.
Add chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Chop the bananas and carefully place in a jar with the pudding. Put in the refrigerator, stir again after 10 minutes. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Serve as desired, garnished with berries.
