Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces. We put it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
The berries can be purchased fresh or frozen. We send the fresh ones to the freezer.
Then we immerse the frozen fruits in a blender. You can add a little water or plant milk for a creamier taste. The liquid must completely cover all ingredients.
Beat the contents until a homogeneous, thick mass.
The resulting mass is ready for use. Serve with fresh berries such as blueberries. You need to store the dessert in the freezer for no more than a day.
Choosing the right bananas:
Ripe bananas are bright yellow with noticeable black spots and no green tinges. Make sure the banana is not hard. To do this, simply press down on it with your finger. The ideal fruit should be soft and easily wrinkled by finger pressure. If it is hard, you should not use it right away, it is better to leave it stored for a day or two, until it becomes ripe.
Bon Appetit!
