Carrot and celery salad

A light salad made of grapes, carrots, apples and walnuts, filled with yogurt. You can remove sugar, yogurt and substitute these ingredients with oil.
The perfect dish for vegetarians. Serve with chicken or as a separate dish!


  • Grape
    1,2 cups
  • Carrots
    6 pcs.
  • Apples
    2 pcs.
  • Pineapples
    1 cups
  • Celery
    1,5 pcs.
  • Walnuts
    6 tbsp.
  • Yogurt
    18 tbsp.
  • Sugar
    4,5 tsp.

  • Peel carrots, rinse. Then grate or cut into stripes.

  • Rinse apples, remove seeds and cut into cubes (or grate).

  • Cut pineapples into stripes or cubes.

  • Rinse grape, cut each grape in half.

  • Rinse celery, finely cut. Cut walnuts the same way.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour yogurt and sprinkle with sugar. Grate lemon zest if desired. Mix well and serve.


  • Squeeze out the apple juice before adding to the other ingredients.
